Privacy Policy

We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what’s generated as you use the tools, and what’s collected automatically by your browser.

Account & billing

• Name, email address, and login credentials when you register
• Payment and top-up history processed through our credit/wallet system
• Support requests and any correspondence with our team

Content you create

• Book titles, descriptions, author bios, and cover photos you upload to generate covers or listings
• Prompts and creative direction submitted to our AI generation tools
• Files and drafts produced by Cover Studio, Listing Engine, and other publishing tools

Automatically collected

• IP address, browser type, and device information
• Usage patterns — pages visited, features used, session duration
• Cookies used to keep you signed in and to remember guest sessions before you create an account

Your information is used strictly to operate, secure, and improve the service — never to build an advertising profile or to sell to third parties.

To generate book covers, listings, and written content, the text and images you submit are sent to a third-party AI image and language service for processing. This is necessary for the tool to function — there is no way to generate a cover without sending the prompt and reference images to the generation engine.

Payment processing, hosting, and email delivery are handled by vetted third-party infrastructure providers, each bound by their own data-protection agreements. We share only the minimum data each provider needs to do its job.

If you interact with $PHTX or any Phantex on-chain tool (presale widgets, the trading dashboard, the contract scanner), we may read publicly available blockchain data associated with the wallet address you connect. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous public ledger data — we do not control or have access to your private keys, and connecting a wallet never grants us custody of your funds.

Internal platform credits (used for cover generation, listings, and other Inkizo tools) are separate from any cryptocurrency and are tracked only in our own database, tied to your account.

Generated covers and artwork are stored temporarily — by default for 48 hours after generation, or longer once you’ve claimed and paid for a cover — after which unpaid previews are automatically deleted. Account and billing records are retained for as long as your account is active, plus any additional period required by tax or accounting law. You can request full account deletion at any time; see Section 7.

We use a small number of essential cookies — to keep you signed in, to remember your guest session before you register, and to protect forms against abuse. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though this may prevent parts of the tool (such as guest previews) from working correctly.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete — request permanent deletion of your account and associated data
• Export — receive your data in a portable format
• Object or restrict — limit how we process your data in certain circumstances

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls, and hashed credentials — to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we treat any suspected breach as a priority and will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

Phantex.io is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as our tools evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and significant changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice where appropriate.
